Katy Cavanagh, who played Julie Carp in Coronation Street, has returned to the stage since leaving Corrie. She starred in last year's touring production of IRIS which our blogger Jordan reviewed her.
This year Katy is starring in the production of Ashes which runs at the Bolton Octagon Theatre. Ashes is a powerful and poetic play that follows the struggle of a couple as they try to have a child. It is being billed as a show filled with dark humour and stark realism.
Ashes plays at the Octagon Theatre Bolton from Thu 23 February to Sat 11 March 2017. Find out more and buy your tickets here.
