It is a pity that we rarely have a storm on the show. It would produce many drama, such as hailstorm or something like that, having residents trapped inside, having heart to heart or little things that produce some giggles.

So true Smiley! A power outage that leaves everyone in the Rovers by candlelight, and all kinds of confessions come out ;)

Ooh, I like the sounds of that too, Smiley! It would be fun to watch the fallout from a storm, or even a heatwave, and have unlikely characters pair up and/or gather in small groups, sharing secrets and stories.

Curiously, it would probably help to do it with sensitivity towards viewers who have suffered in real life weather disasters, which seem to be on the increase for fans worldwide.

Nice one Smiley, that's a really good idea for a future storyline. I hope the producers see your comment! 👍🏻
