Gail takes a dislike to any other female. She doesn't even have any close female friends. I have a dislike for Gail.

There is usually a link leading to further details of the preview. Have you forgotten to include it?

Gail used to be close friends with Sally, but we rarely see them interact anymore.

Gail was once the poster child of girl-on-girl friendships. Wasn't she best friends with Tricia, then Suzie, then Alma? Even when she was married to Brian and subsequently Martin, she remained tight with the women in her life. Of the long-standing characters who remain on the Street, Gail seems to have undergone the most radical make-over. The long parade of ex/dead husbands has not made her stronger. She was once a young feminist female. Now she's reduced to serving and/or obsessing over her immediate family.

I agree wholeheartedly. She literally dislikes everyone and I'm beginning to grow mighty tired of it
