Warning: Fake Coronation Street casting call online

There's a fake Coronation Street casting call doing the rounds online.  It's been spotted over the last month on both Facebook and Instagram. 

ITV have confirmed to us that it is indeed a scam and a fake.

Here's the latest one, complete with spelling and grammar errors:

The Coronation Street publicity manager confirms that: "This is completely fake and not the way Coronation Street book extras"

So if you see it, please ignore and delete it.
