After 11 years on the show, Billy Mayhew,will be killed off in ‘explosive’ scenes.
A source told The Sun: “Corrie bosses are busy plotting how to kill off Billy, having decided to axe Daniel earlier this year. There aren’t any plans to bring him back onto the soap so it makes sense make his exit the most impactful and explosive it can be."

'Explosive scenes'? Yawn! More use of hospitals police station, courtroom, STC, etc. Who decided that is what the viewers really want? Was anyone consulted? If this is so, did I miss something? The new producer when she came in said she respected Corrie values and bringing light comedy and character based issues was what she wanted to do. Then all we get is this sensationalism. Sack the board!!
