We
have an opportunity to join our Production team as Facilities Team
Organiser, this is a new role to provide essential administrative and
organisational support to the production of Coronation Street, working
specifically to the Locations, Post Production and Technical
departments.
You will communicate effectively with all members
of our production team, raise Purchase Orders as and when necessary,
make travel and accommodation arrangements as required and embrace and
facilitate the Company’s vision of ITV.
We will look to you to
provide effective and efficient organisational and administrative
support to Locations, Post Production and Technical departments. This is
a varied role where you will be at the heart of liaising with numerous
people including location managers, crewing, art department and
production and much more. You will create recce attendance lists, assist
with maintenance of scheduling rosters and project based tasks and use
your negotiation skills to source resources when required.
Equally
you will monitor and record sick leave and leave requests, maintain
freelance bookings/contracts and assist with monitoring and recording of
leave requests. You will need to have excellent communication skills,
both written and verbal and have the ability to manage multiple
relationships working as a team. You will need an understanding of
multi-platform production/content and the ability to adapt to new
technologies.
As our Facilities Team Organiser you will have a
proven track record of working within a TV production environment,
preferably in an administrative or secretarial position with some
technical experience/knowledge. Ideally you will have experience of
minute/note taking , setting up / implementing office systems in a high
pressured environment with proven organisational skills, including the
ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload.
