Corrie Comicals week ending 20 December 2019

Looks like they had a good time last night but Sally was referring to the party and not their later bedtime activities.  After all she does not yet know about Charlie.  I am not sure Timbo will get much bedtime activity soon!

Gemma and Chesney are trying to duck the first Freschco photo session for the babies as they have not had much sleep or even managed to get themselves clean - Gemma reckons her hair is greasy (above).  But the shoot is moved to the house and seems to go off well.  However the problems of managing quads is a story likely to run for years!

Extra of the week was this delightful dog with santa hat!  Happy Christmas everyone.

Talking of bedtime activities, apparently a santa suit, hat and long white beard are what turn on Aggie Bailey.  According to Ed she was red hot!  So he is happy to continue as Santa - the factory buildings work will be slipping even further behind!

I have never borrowed money from a loan shark (yes all right I am lucky) but I always thought that they did not bother to write things down, so the implication that Gary was sending a loan agreement to a borrower (impersonated by the returning private eye) struck me as just slightly unusual.  Gary not being entirely stupid merely sent an envelope of blank paper - no evidence of anything!

If you are going to get Robert locked up for murder then do ensure that the missing person does not turn up in hospital with a baby.  Regrettably the strain tells on Vicky and we are treated to Michelle delivering the baby in the hotel room before the paramedics get there.  Further evidence of how slow traffic moves in Manchester.  Looks like Robert will be off the hook next week.

And Hope Stape is already a teenager as she gives her parents the full cheek.  It seems she wrecked the entirety of the Nativity Show and makes it clear that she had already told Fiz and Ty that she did not want to go.  They do not know of course that she has a mobile phone to stay in touch with Jade - and yet we suddenly see her pulling it out of her pocket.  They really ought to have spotted it so I blame poor parenting.

See you next week.

Poor parenting! lol Fizz and Tyrone are a joke.
When Fizz was telling Tyrone about Hope falling behind in math a few episodes back, she said, I know it's not my fault.
Then whose fault is it?
They are so much trying to make each other think they are good parents...they really do not have a clue. Parenting classes should be suggested for these two.
Poor Ruby.
