The previews are in from ITV for Coronation Street beginning week of January 6 2020 and they’ve allowed us to run the spoilers a little earlier than normal as the festive season comes to a close. We’ll be back to normal with the spoilers each Tuesday from now on.
And so, for the week of January 6 2020 we’ll see Suki, a Gazette reporter call in the café to sepeak to Aggie. Aggie’s touched to discover James has recommended her for a Golden Hearts award for her efforts on the Christmas Day shooting.
Suki interviews Aggie about her live-saving attempt on Christmas Day. She’s thrilled to discover Aggie’s a qualified nurse but Aggie seems reluctant to talk about it.
As Suki takes photos of Aggie for the Golden Heart Awards, Aggie confides in Roy that the reason she gave up nursing is that a patient died under her watch and although she wasn’t to blame, it made her doubt her own ability.

Lots of happy stuff to look forward to!
So that's all the Baileys who have a secret past then, or in James's case a secret present!
Btw, I enjoy all your blog posts, thank you.
I really enjoyed seeing Aggi step up and show such calm and bravery in the recent episode. She seemed such an interesting character, then the writers seemed confused as to what to do with her. It bothers me that a 'nurse' would be working in a cafe. I hope we see the strong Aggi that was hinted at originally. :-)
I know it’s a soap, but why does everyone need to have a “secret past”?
That’s all the Bailey’s now. Very predictable.
She did what Mrs Tembe would've done
