Not only is he the most handsome man in soap but actor Daniel Brocklebank, aka Billy the vicar Mayhew, can actually sing!
Not even being stabbed by a broken bottle in a drug dealer's hand and having his life saved by his love rival Daniel can make Chesney interesting. Now, I like Ches. But he needs a proper storyline, please.

I thought Billy had a great singing voice.
Billy has a fantastic voice, he's a great character.
Having said that, I fear that there are going to be too many characters introduced too quickly which will not give us time to like, let alone "bond" with them or actually care two hoots. Seems like Corrie is all over the place lately. I'm sure ratings are great, but let's add some dimension to the characters we already have. IE. Sean Tully,Zeedan and the rest of the Nazirs, what's Sophie up to? Why is Dev never around? What are Fiz and kiddies up to? Why are there no kids around, it's summer right? Yawn...yeah, thrilling storylines. Pass the clicker.
I agree with that, there are too many new characters being introduced when they don't have enough storylines for the existing ones.
