Coronation Street in Top 50 most influential TV programmes

Coronation Street has been named in a poll of the 50 most influential television shows in the world from the past 50 years.

Compiled by Swiss ratings experts for MIP TV at their Cannes trade show, the programmes were rated for the biggest emotional impact they have had on generations of viewers.

Not good then that Tracy is seen to get away with murder and go on to be downright nasty to absolutely everybody,Karl the stalker and kidnapper gets the girl back in the end and Faye tells lies about abuse and gets her own way. Quite irresponsible.
