The Daily Mirror's Pride of Britain bus stopped at Coronation Street yesterday.
Helen Worth and Les Dennis (Gail and Michael Rodwell) spoke to the M.E.N about the Pride of Britain awards, and encouraged people to step up and nominate their unsung heroes.
Les said: “It’s an amazing night. It makes us feel so humble. We go to so many awards and it’s one of the most special events of the year as it’s so life affirming.”
Helen added: “I think this is one of the most special events of the year.”
