I am loving the new Doctor Who. I'm also loving the fact that so many faces are familiar in it to me from Coronation Street. And there are more ex-Corrie actors joining the show too.
The most obvious ex-Corrie connection is that of Bradley Walsh who played knicker factory owner Danny Baldwin. In Doctor Who he plays Graham and his picture is above.
Also in the first episode of the new Doctor Who was Jonathan Dixon who played Darryl Morton in Coronation Street. He played Karl in the first episode of the 2018 Doctor Who.
Guest stars who'll appear on the show include Julie Hesmondhalgh, who played Hayley Cropper...
... and Shobna Gulati, who played Sunita Alahan.
