As Gemma and Henry meet up for lunch with Henry’s mate Hugo and his girlfriend, on a nearby table Chesney is appalled to hear Hugo slagging off Gemma - and Henry failing to defend her.
Chesney overhears Hugo and Henry discussing that they are only going out with the girls for a bet.
He decides Gemma should know the truth and she’s chuffed to hear how Chesney stood up for her.
I wonder if this is the start of the friendship between Chesney and Gemma turning into something more serious?
