SUNITA PROVIDES A SHOULDER FOR KARL TO CRY ON. Karl hasn't slept and making a snap decision he stages a break in at the pub, telling Stella he must have forgot to switch the alarm on and the safe has been robbed. As Stella questions the staff Sunita's furious, she's just said goodbye to Dev and the kids and doesn't need this. Following her out Karl offers his sympathy but Sunita can't help confessing she's fallen out of love with Dev. As they discuss their woes Sunita realises it was Karl who staged the break in. She urges him to tell Stella before she calls the police.
KIRSTY EXPLODES WHEN TYRONE’S LATE BACK. Kirsty's promised to make a meal for Tyrone, but when Tommy receives the awful news that his adoptive dad Geoff Horton has died, Tyrone forgets all about it as he comforts his mate. When he arrives home a furious Kirsty hurls his dinner on the floor. But as Tyrone explains about Tommy will she back down?
PAUL AND EILEEN TAKE LESLEY TO HER NEW HOME. As Paul takes Lesley to start her month long trial at the home Eileen offers to go with him. But when it comes to it will an emotional Paul be able to say goodbye?
Elsewhere Peter's furious to receive a letter from Leanne's solicitor explaining she's started her challenge for custody of Simon with a mediation meeting tomorrow. Battle lines are drawn.

Jeff Horton was Tommy's 'other' grandad, rather than adoptive father (although he raised him). What about Doreen? Is she still alive? I think the last we heard of her, she was ill.
The explanation i was given when i questioned this was that Since Tommy was raised by Jeff and Doreen he thought of them as his adoptive parents. A bit weak, I know, but there you go.
Paul makes me laugh. "I miss her..it was death do us part" he says. When did he start missing Leslie..before or after he shagged Eileen? I do find the actress playing Leslie to be phenomenal in her role though. Good choice in casting that part. They they swing over to Sopheh and her idiotic banter. Yawn. More stupid cutsie pie crap with Marcus and Sean with the two kids painting monsters. Awww...I had a toothache after that scene. Fiz going to see Sally with chocolates. WTF? Is the old feisty Fiz never coming back? Way to ruin an interesting character.
