The previews are in from ITV for next week’s Corrie and Nick comes up with an alibi that proves he was nowhere near the factory at the time of the roof collapse - but the police remain unconvinced.
Later, Sarah tells Adam that she has a horrible hunch that Gary was involved with the roof collapse and Adam urges her to go to the police.
Sarah’s reluctant to shop Gary to the police on just a hunch. However when she questions Gary about the voicemail he left on her phone, he’s evasive and her suspicions are piqued. Gary is taken in by the police for questioning.
Burdened with guilt, Gary calls at the solicitors’ office and tells Imran he’s responsible for Rana’s death.
