This Coronation Street tabloid rumour is from The Sun so take it with the usual pinch of salt as it comes from Mr Curry Sauce.
The Sun says that Gemma will go into labour while she's riding high over mountains in Wales - in a cable car.
Gemma has to be rescued from the ride in Llandudno, North Wales. The scenes will be filmed this summer and are expected to be screened in December.
Gemma will give birth to one baby in an ambulance. The other three arrive safely in hospital.
