Last night was the night of the National Television Awards, which was shown on television live from the 02 in London. The host is Dermot O'Leary.
Coronation Street was up for three awards but sadly didn't win any. The show was nominated as Best Serial Drama (aka soap). Alexandra Mardell who plays Emma Booker was up for Best Newcomer and Jack P Shepherd, who plays David Platt, was up for Best Serial Drama Performance.

Jack P was robbed!
I appreciate the actresses have to glam up, but why do so many choose to be half naked?! The bulging bosoms on some of them are far from flattering.
