What?!? This is the same Michelle who tried to make Steve have a vasectome as she didn't want more kids. Now, I know people can have a change of heart, but it's pretty damn coincidental that it happens at exactly the same time [ that Spoiler regarding Leanne that were not supposed to know about, yet everyone does!]. And what were the chances of Michelle going for the scan with Leanne? I think this is the first time in ten years I've ever seen them in the same scene together! This is very contrived stuff; I was hoping for better as Kate Oakes influence becomes felt.
Eileen did the same thing to Michael with Phelan and now she's upset that Todd and Billy betrayed Sean? What a hyporcrite!
I also agree with Cobblestone's comments and would like to add I thought it was odd that the first thing Leeanne tells Eva when she returned[I didn't know she was gone] was that she was pregnant and not that her friend Kylie was brutally murdered.
Although it's nice to see her back at home,I thought it was a little odd that everyone was all smiles for Sarah particurely David who sis still mourning Kylie.
I hope Sarah doesn't take over the storyline of Kylie's death.
I find it so odd that all of a sudden, the Corrie women are all bosom buddies, when previously, they had little interaction. Michelle and Leanne? Maria and Michelle? Maria and Kate? Maria and Caz? Since Carla left, they have really pushed a false narrative with the storylines. It's so contrived.
Oh yes, there sits Michelle comforting the woman carrying Steve's on night stand baby. Her attempts to get pregnant will no doubt fall through and then there'll be some big fuss about getting Steve's baby under their roof. Or, worse still, Michelle and Leanne will be pregnant at the same time and Steve will end up living some episode of "Sister Wives" with all the kids he has with different baby mamas.
So out of the blue that Maria is suddenly in the middle of the Caz/Kate thing. It would likely help matters a lot of Todd moved out so Sean didn't have to see him all the time.
There are so many storylines that never finish, like Alya and Gary maybe getting back together, Aidan and Eva never having to testify in the case against those abusers of Marta, and where is Izzy after that whole big court/police saga? This is yet another dumb storyline that will likely fizzle out.
