Blimey! Who in their right mind would want to look like Liz, she's a mess, smarten her up, please. I can't believe she had all that hair living in Spain, much too hot. Glad to see her back though, Steve was such a plonker, he's going to suffer with those two, I can see it coming.

That "dress" belongs in a store called "Tarts-R-Us".
Much as I like Liz, when she called Kylie & Tina "trollops" I immediately thought "Mrs. Pot, meet the two Ms. Kettles."
It just seems unrealistic that Liz wouldn't have become a little more sophisticated in her tastes by now.

Her outfit is surely an in-joke amongst the writers. Is she a reincarnation of Bet Gilroy? Even the leg out of the cab is a jokey cliché. I hope the pantomime stops now and we see some proper stories, not just who's the next lover. If Barry comes back from Ireland, there might be some comedy with Liz & Michelle v Steve & Barry.

Bev Callard told us at the Corrie press day that she sees the dresses she'll wear and then the next time she gets them to wear on set they've had their hemlines taken up and the seams taken in, deliberately to make Liz look the way she does. It works. Mutton dressed as lamb behind the bar of a pub especially still happens a lot.

Poor Liz, at this point in her life and after all she's survived, you'd think they could give her a break and let her wardrobe evolve in class.

I liked her black/blonde hair the best..was very funky. She just looks too old to carry off platinum hair - like Sharon on EE - really shows her age. A few low-lights maybe? Her wardrobe is fine IMO..wish I could still fit into a dress like that!
