The Daily Mail today reports that Coronation Street actor Michael LeVell has been cleared of the child abuse allegations against him, due to lack of evidence.
I am glad Michael has finally cleared his name, he can hopefully now move away from this dark chapter of his life.
Chief Crown Prosecutor for the North West, Nazir Azal has been quoted, by The Mirror saying: “As there is no realistic prospect of conviction it is only right that the allegations against Mr Turner (Le Vell's real surname) are prevented from going any further.”
Happy New Year!
