Hello all! Now, I hope you voted in the first poll of ten because that is now officially closed. But you have until midnight next Tuesday to vote for two of your favourite characters in the second poll.
So, who's in our third poll?
Julie Carp - Originally a love interest for Kirk, she then turned out to be Eileen's half sister. She's a machinist at the factory and she's loved for her colourful fashion sense. She's currently courting Brian Packham and she's always giving romantic advice to an annoyed Eileen.
Eileen Grimshaw - Once the voice of the switch at the cab office, she's now a factory machinist. A distant relative of Elsie Tanner, she's a mother to Jason and Todd and her house is always full of lodgers. Known for her failed love life, she has a bitter rivalry with Gail.
Leanne Barlow - Blossomed from a terrible teen into a responsible mother. Part of the hellish Battersby clan, she's now become a Street favourite. She's been married to Nick and is now married to Peter.
Vera Duckworth - A loudmouth who originally worked at Baldwin's Casuals then became a Rovers landlady. Known for her perm, she was best pals with Ivy and Ida. Married to Jack for 50 years and mum to Terry and a doting grandmother. Worked at the supermarket and the cafe.
Emily Bishop - Corrie's longest running female character (52 years). A staunch Christian, her first husband was shot dead and her second husband turned out to be a bigamist. Has had a long list of lodgers and was nearly killed by Tricky Dicky. You're showing your age if you still call her Miss Nugent!
Betty Williams - The Rovers' longest serving barmaid and famed for her hotpots. First married to Cyril and then married Billy at the age of 75! Known for her tut-tuts and matronly figure. Discovered to be the real mother of Gordon Clegg in 1974.
So which two of those six are your favourites? Well vote, vote, vote!
