Coronation Street, Monday 16 January at 7.30pm

BECKY GETS THE UPPER HAND OVER THE BARLOWS. Becky's stayed the night and as she gets along well with Billy, Danny's impressed. Back on the street Steve offers Becky another cheque for her half of Streetcars, saying she has Deirdre to thank. Becky's hopeful Steve now knows she had nothing to do with Tracy's miscarriage but it's clear Steve still believes Tracy and wants Becky gone. But as Tracy enjoys her hen do in the Rovers, Becky gets thinking about why Deirdre convinced Steve to give her the cheque. Confronting Deirdre outside the pub she demands answers.
TINA'S ACCUSATIONS THREATEN KIRSTY'S JOB. Kirsty's worried to hear she's been suspended from work whilst Tina's complaint is investigated. Pushed out of her home by Kirsty, Tina's adamant she won't drop it. But when Rita urges her to see things from Tyrone's point of view, claiming the baby changes everything, will Tina re-think her position?
KEVIN TEARS INTO SALLY FOR NEGLECTING SOPHIE. Kevin's received his divorce papers. After laying into Sally, claiming she should be looking after her daughter not spending time at Frank's, he commiserates with Tyrone. As the pair share their woes could their friendship be on the mend?
Elsewhere Anne makes her disapproval of Sally obvious to Frank. When Anna hears her brother has had an accident she has to rush out and Owen volunteers to look after an unimpressed Faye for the night.

DANNY HAS SURPRISING NEWS FOR BECKY. As Becky asks questions about Tracy's miscarriage Deirdre refuses to betray her daughter, adamant she doesn't know what Becky's talking about. Becky knows she's onto something but is forced to leave it. On her date with Danny Becky's spirits lift. But when he breaks the news that the hotel chain he works for is moving him to Barbados Becky's gutted. Back on the street they sadly kiss goodbye but when Danny spots Tracy he recalls how she collapsed at the hotel and had to be carted off in an ambulance the night she and Steve were there for their business meeting. Is this the proof Becky needs?
OWEN HITS FAYE. With Anna away Faye does her best to play Owen up. He tries not to rise to the bait but when he discovers creosote on her jumper he confronts her about the dead fish. Faye confirms she was responsible and Owen loses his rag and slaps her on the back of the legs. How will Faye react?
SALLY GIVES RITA AND GAIL A PIECE OF HER MIND. Sally's annoyed when Rita and Gail call to see her and try to warn her off Frank. Will she send them packing?
Elsewhere Eileen's depressed when Paul reveals Lesley's carer is moving away, knowing it will mean he has less time to see her. Dev's unimpressed to find Sunita working behind the Rovers bar and urges her to come home. Will Sunita comply?

I really looked forward to sitting with a brew in front of the box after been on my feet all day to watch Corrie, but as soon as it started (7.30PM), URGH! (I thought while watching pathetic Becky act). She just grinds on me for some reason. Hurry up and leave please!
Why she has to be on nearly all the way through each episode beats me as they are only spoiling Corrie!
