Behind the scenes at Steve and Tracy's wedding

We've had a few emails today asking for the location used for Steve and Tracy's wedding on Coronation Street.

With thanks to the lovely people who work in the Corrie crew, we can reveal that the wedding was shot at Arley Hall chapel.  It's in Northwich, Cheshire.  You'll notice if you look at their website that the chapel was also used for the wedding of Maria and Liam Connor. Clearly a doomed venue for matrimony!

Also, the scrummy cupcakes on the bar of the Rovers Return for the wedding reception were made by The Frostery.

And we've already blogged about where to buy Tracy Barlow's wedding frock.

For the full video from behind the scenes of the wedding, you can see it at the official ITV Corrie website here.

I'd plan a wedding that was going to fall through if I knew I had cupcakes to fall back on! ;)
