Actress Julia Goulding, who plays Shona, posted to Twitter:
For those of you wondering about Shona's (my) lips, I've NOT had lip fillers done or cosmetic enhancements, I did however have a giant cold sore when filming these scenes!"

I'd have a honkin' big cold sore with that big thing stuck on my gob for however long they were shooting those coma scenes! Surprised she doesn't have a sore nose too!
