The University of Salford are casting actors for a short ten-minute sequence to be pitched to Coronation Street.
This project is being filmed as part of a Masters course at the University of Salford. Note that the work is voluntary only.
They are seeking actors to play the roles of three already established characters on the show: Mary Taylor, Angela Appleton, and Jude Appleton.
Familiarity with these characters and the show would be a big advantage.
The Salford University student also states: "We also require and actor to play the part of a new character we are pitching, Wanda Hansel, who will play the part of Angie's mother."
