Celebrating 18 years of Tina O'Brien in Coronation Street

It's 18 years this week since Tina O'Brien took over the role as Sarah Platt in Coronation Street. Doesn't time fly?

Tina took over the role of Sarah Platt on 31st October 1999. 

Tina is the third person to play the role of Sarah after twins Lynsay and Leah King played new-born baby Sarah Louise Tilsley in 1987.

Lynsay King went on to play Sarah from 1987-1999.

Sarah's been keeping a bit of a low profile lately, but I guess that will all change soon when news of Nicola being pregnant with Gary's baby comes out - as it surely must in soap land.
