It's the end of the year so I thought some awards were in order. These are my own personal awards - other bloggers' views may (will) vary. I’ve followed the format of the British Soap Awards categories, and added some from the Smash Hits Poll Winners Party, as well as some of of my own. I'd give awards to everyone exceрt the рerson who thought incidental music would be a good idea in every eрisode - they should have a long, hard look at themselves in the mirror and give themselves a good talking to!
I totally agree with your award to Rob Mallard, I think he's great and I took to his character straight away. Possibly because he's quite different to usual newcomers.
I think Tina O'Brien is good but I'm surprised that Paula Lane has been overlooked in her favour this year.
Totally disagree about Rosie! I don't know what I am looking forward to really, all the forthcoming plots I know about are gloom and doom!
Most рointless character award - where should I start? ........ :)
I mostly agree. However, I don't think the photo of the man ironing is Jason. Not sure who it is, though (Kal?)
That's not Jason with the iron - not sure who it is. Another show maybe? I do disagree about Rosie. A dreadful actress.
Okay we all agree about the incidental music - can we please let it go now?
Disagree with Tina O'Brien for best actress.
Definitely not looking forward to Rosie's return.
Don't know who the ironing guy is, but thank you for including him.
Totally not looking forward to Rosie's return. Last thing we need on the show is another airheaded bimbo/slapper. Who will she jump into bed with first yuk! I also have not missed Sophie one teeny, tiny little bit.
Is the ironing bloke Lee Carter "off of" Eastenders?
The ironing man is definitely Jason - it's a very old photo though
Jason ironing is nearly 7 years old....March 2010.
You can't count that a 2016 award!

That was the only photo I could find of Jason doing his ironing! There were other topless ones, but none featuring the ironing board.
I'm not looking forward to Rosie's return either. They will probably pair her off with Adam so together they will be 2 very shallow and pointless characters.
