Carla Connor return rumours - ITV respond

The Sun carried a report today that Alison King was spotted backstage at Coronation Street. This prompted them to chat about her returning to Corrie in her role as Carla Connor.

A Coronation Street spokesperson said today that Alison King is not in talks to come back and there are no current plans for her to return. They said that Alison visited the set to catch up with her friends.
