Pics: Filming of Corrie car crash stunt
There are paparazzi pictures online today of Coronation Street filming the car crash that will leave Nick Tilsley in a coma.
You can see the small thumbnail pics above and to see larger pictures, have a look at Digital Spy.
The car crash storyline is expected to be on screen in August.

That's soap life... never too far away from something like a car wreck and life/death struggle in a coma in hospital...gotta give all the starting up actors work playing nameless doctors and nurses...
...nothing we haven't seen over and over again... ho hum...
Well what would you like to see? Seriously.
Let me guess...Nick is in a coma and Leanne finds comfort in the arms of Peter. They sleep together and she will find out three weeks later that she is pregnant...Nick makes a recovery only to find out Leanne has left him and he becomes a drug addict. As for David, I predict he will walk away from the whole affair unscathed.
Anonymous 02.14 - Well I for one don't want to see ANOTHER car crash or hospital ICU bed scene with one of the residents lives 'hanging in the balance' for all of three episodes with family members told to brace themselves for the worst. Then the Lourdes Weathy General packs them off fit as a fiddle back to the street as if nothing ever happens..... Until the next time with another cast member.... Ring any bells?
Yawn, Yawn, Yawn St Ella, Sophie, Peter, Tracy, others?.....
Corrie has been around for over half a century. Got it. There are only so many things that can happen to lower-middle class people living in northern Britain. Got it.
But still! The storylines are resembling a Chinese restaurant menu. Pick one from column A, one from Column B, choose any combination...... etc.
Is there any character who has not been unconscious at one time or another on this show? It's like..what should we do with "insert name" for their next storyline? Well..they could always have a stint in the hospital but first they have to be unconscious for awhile. There..that should do it.
