Coronation Street actor Antony Cotton, who plays Sean Tully, was a guest today on BBC Radio 2 on the Graham Norton show. We were on our way to buy our Christmas tree, switched the car radio on and heard Antony's interview, and it is definitely worth sharing here on the Coronation Street Blog.
Antony talks about filming Corrie's Christmas back in October, and how he got the part of Sean on Corrie. I found this really interesting as it's something I'd not heard before and it is worth listening to. Antony also takes questions from listeners who have contacted the show.
He also revealed that the move to the new Corrie set in Salford's Media City has been delayed, as we already know, and he says the move won't take place for "about another year."
Listen to the interview here on the BBC iPlayer. Antony's bit starts at 1 hour and 34 mins.
