ITV Job Vacancy - Cast Liaison Assistant, Coronation Street

As our Cast Liaison Assistant you will work closely with cast, production and editorial, providing a comprehensive cast liaison service.  You will co-ordinate both work related and personal matters that may affect the filming schedule, this includes holidays and medical appointments.  Managing and logging the cast calendar and contract dates, you will support in booking accommodation and travel.  We will look to you to allocate and maintain dressing rooms and keep the cast up to date with their forthcoming storylines.  Liaising with cast and agencies with regards to appearances, you will also work collaboratively with the Press Office regarding press launches, press trips, photo-shoots and award ceremonies.

Our Cast Liaison Assistant will have strong administration and interpersonal skills, ideally developed within a production background. In this fast paced and highly pressurised environment, you will be quick thinking and adaptable to ever changing priorities.   You must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously and be able to adopt varying communicative styles when dealing a variety of different personalities.  You will be confident in interpreting and analysing statistical data and you will be competent in Microsoft packages.  You will generate creative solutions to challenges with ease. Due to the very nature of this role, confidentiality and discretion are a must. The demanding hours when working in Production, mean that flexibility with working hours is essential.
