With almost an absolute certainty, tonight we can expect to see the leopard print-clad Bet Lynch emerging from a giant eye, strutting down a catwalk surrounded by a jeering crowd, and climbing a flight of perilous stairs to enter the house she’ll call home for the next few days or weeks.This can only mean one thing – Celebrity Big Brother is returning to our screens, and Julie Goodyear is following in the footsteps of former Corrie stars Keith Duffy (Ciaran McCarthy), Rula Lenska (Claudia Colby), Stephanie Beacham (Martha Fraser), Lucien Laviscount (Ben Richardson) and Denise Welch (Natalie Horrocks) in becoming a housemate in Britain’s most infamous house.
Will Julie crack under the pressure of being under 24-hour surveillance? How will she get on with her fellow celebrity housemates? Will she elude nomination and make it to the final, or will she be the first evictee of the series?
