State of the Street - August 2012

Ryan. Drugs. Dull.
Tracy. Revenge. Dull.
Surrogacy. Not as straightforward as you think. Interesting.
Domestic violence. Extremely well crafted, written and acted. Ace!
Karl and Sunita. Happy Families. I don't think so.

This and more on this month's State of the Street.

The drugs story line is boring and the Tracy saga is mega boring. The surrogacy could have been gripping if they had waited three months and all other avenues had been exhausted.

While I totally agree that the domestic violence storyline and acting is excellent, I always felt Tyrone and Kirsty were a mismatch. She was so out of his league that the fact that something was amiss didn't come as a great surprise. A character like Molly or Claire would have made it 100%.

I agree - Ryan/drug story is dull.

ANY story with Tracy is annoying cuz it's all been done before. And every time she does something sneaky and conniving, it's like everyone on the street is incredibly stupid and can never see it coming. C'mon!!!

The domestic violence is very well acted. I detest Kirsty and am looking forward to the truth finally coming out.

Karl and Sunita were a joke from the get-go.

I think it's about time that someone come to the rescue of Tyronne he won't do it as he will let Kirsty step all over him as he is afraid to be alone again. Actually I think it's time for a spirital visit from Vera, perhaps just as Kirsty is going to hit at Tyronne you hear a loud NO and then she appears and lays into Kirsty verbally and says I'm watching you lady then we hear Jack and he calls her back, and she says I.m here watching -
