Did David ever legally adopt Max? If not Marian may have a good chance for custody.
Think about it - the man who is raising him is in prison for stealing from his Grandmother, the woman who is raising him, is the mother of the man convicted of murdering Max's mother.
Also, the lawyer who she spoke with - is in a relationship with the sister of the man who is raising Max.
But this being a soap, Shona and David will keep Max and Marian will disappear into the sunset!
I wonder if Marion will want custody of Harry as well?
Sarah seems to neglect her son dumping him on her mother and now Shona and dated Gary who has a temper and was deep in debt to a loan endangering the family.
