Competition! Win signed copy of The Foyles Bookshop Girls
We've got a very special giveaway here on the Coronation Street Blog. Author Elaine Roberts is offering a signed copy of her new book The Foyles Bookshop Girls to be won in a competition.
Elaine has always had a love of books and will spend hours perusing the shelves in bookshops. As a child, she never wanted to be outside in the fresh air and her mother could be heard saying, “she’s always got her nose stuck in a book”, so nothing has changed there.
It made sense that her first novel would be based around a bookshop, so the concept of The Foyles Bookshop Girls was born.
Have you ever visited the iconic Foyles Bookshop in London? Well now you can. Step back in time to London 1914. It’s one ordinary day, with the three girls working at London's renowned Foyles bookshop. When war with Germany is declared, their lives will never be the same again...
Elaine is offering a signed paperback copy of The Foyles Bookshop Girls. The book will be sent to one lucky winner, drawn at random from all of the correct entries received.
Deadline for entries is Tuesday 5 June 2018 at 5pm. The winner will be announced here on the Coronation Street Blog.
Overseas fans can enter.
Entries from moneysavingsexpertforum, Loquax and all other competition entry websites will not be included.
Here is your question, good luck! Email the correct answer to me at glenda.sunderland@gmail.com with FOYLES in your email subject line.
Q: What are the names of the three girls who have been friends since childhood in The Foyles Bookshop Girls book?
