Josh getting caught in the crossfire when Phelan comes back is probably the best thing that could happen.
No need to drag out this story-line for months.
Why would the contents of Aiden's will be any business of Michelle's?
Re: the will, there's a firm of solicitors in the Street. Did Aiden consult them or give them a copy of the will? What's to stop Michelle tearing it up? I'm sure Carla will contest it on the basis that she only recently gave Aiden her share of the factory, and she now wants it back. Guessing that Alya and Carla will end up partners in the factory.
Carla gave Aidan the factory in the belief it would remain on the family. The gift superseded his will, so I think she’d have a very strong case in law.
