The previews are in for next week’s Corrie and there’s a blast from the past when Michelle’s (real) son Alex returns. It’s Liz who meets him first when she discovers that the new GP trainee on placement at the medical practice is none other than Michelle’s biological son Alex.
Alex tells Liz that he’s on a placement at the practice and has had very little contact with Michelle for years.
Liz feels caught in the middle when Alex, now calling himself Ali, asks her not to tell Michelle he is around. But when Michelle has to go to the medical centre after cutting herself with a knife she is gobsmacked to come face to face with her son!
