He'll be playing the part of a gym instructor. I do hope we'll see more of him as I'm a big fan.

I'd forgotten Joe Gilgun, fabulous wee actor he was, an old head on young shoulders.
Looking forward to Vauxhall Jermaine's appearance and hope for more of him on Corrie. Jamie Armstrong's storyine was around when I first started watching Corrie. Big fan of This is England and never connected Joe Gilgun to his past as Jamie.
Also, how has time passed so quickly?! Comparing the photo of young 'Jamie' with 'Woody' in the last series of TIE is mind-boggling to me.
Joe Gilgun was also brilliant as Rudy Wade in Misfits. Everything he's been in, I always say "Oh look, there's Jamie Armstrong from Corrie" :-)
