Coronation Street Chit-Chat: Corrie news catch-up July 2013

Here we go with Coronation Street chit-chat, a catch-up of some of the shorter news stories that have been happening but haven't made it into their own blog post.  And so, here we go.

Current Corrie cast
Samia Ghadie (Maria Connor) opens Derbyshire beauty salon and congratulates a super-slimmer.
Georgia May Foote (Katy Armstrong) and Michelle Keegan (Tina McIntyre) wear the same dress, make national headlines.
John Michie (Karl Munro) and Catherine Tyldesley (Eva Price) go dancing together for STV's charity dance marathon.
Kym Lomas (Michelle Connor) pictured on holiday in Marbella.
Alan Halsall (Tyrone Dobbs) cries a lot

Ex-Corrie cast
Helen Flanagan (Rosie Webster) to star in a celebrity reality TV show set in a beauty salon and releases a video of her new single.
Scott Wright (Sam Kingston) goes from chunky to hunky, if you like that sort of thing.
Georgia Taylor (Toyah Battersby) dashes hopes of a return to Corrie.
Sacha Parkinson (Sian Powers) stars in new Channel 4 drama The Mill.
Bradley Walsh (Danny Baldwin) can't rule out a return to Corrie.  Is set to play God in Spamalot.

Bradley Walsh won't rule out a come back. That's because nobody's asked him and he'd like to come back! ;)

Awww I'm disappointed Georgia Taylor won't be making a come back though, even for a quick visit. There's a lot more reason for Toyah to return than there is Danny Baldwin who has no family or connections left anyway. Well, other than the fleeting affair with Leanne.

Letting you know that your link for "Bradley Walsh (Danny Baldwin) can't rule out a return to Corrie." is incorrectly going to http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/whats-on/film-and-tv/sacha-parkinsons-delighted-mill-girl-5096400.

And the link for the Alan Halsall story is also going to the Sacha Parkinson story.
