Fab Photo Friday - June 8th 2012
It's Friday again so it's time for this week's fab Coronation Street
photo. Congratulations to Rita and Dennis who got married last week. Here's someone who really should have been there, along with the berk she married and the man she should have married.

If you are referring to Derek Wilton, it would have been hard for him to have been at Reet's wedding as he died from a heart attack!
"Here's someone who really should have been there, along with the berk she married..." As far as I know, Derek did not have a sex change before he died.
Of course she should have. Many of us would love to see "Mavis" pay a visit occasionally.
And the actress is willing to return - she said so to a group of us.
But someone, somewhere doesn't want a bar of her. What's up with that?
It would have been a lovely little touch if Mavis would have made a surprise appearance at Rita's big day. Why doesn't Corrie do this especially if the actress is up for coming back occasionally. It would make the street a bit more believable. Even little throw away lines like "that were Mavis on the phone wishing me the best" But once you leave, you really do LEAVE. Shame.
