Ya I would say Liz and Steve’s flat as well, that’s got to be a picture of rover.
I'd say Steve's flat (didn't know he had moved in with his Mom). He loves his dog, and it would be just like Steve to absent-mindedly leave the pillow so the picture is on its side.
