I don't get it: why take Steve in for questioning? He's committed no offence. Peter's affair was not a criminal matter, so it's not like Steve could be accused of conspiracy. Surely the police can't think he has a motive to kill Tina. This all seems a bit contrived just to lead up to Michelle finding out Steve was in on the secret.
We know Steve isn't a suspect but the police still need to know if he knows anything as Tina was his employee. He's a witness to Carla's threat to kill Tina at the very least.
Tracy was a star in this episode. The scene where Simon cuddled in to her brought tears to my eyes.
Great episode.
Love that Peter is getting a dose of scorn from the people on the street. He deserves it even if he did not kill Tina. He certainly was the cause of it in the long run.
I wish Rob were not leaving....I love the dynamic of him and Tracy. And it would be nice for Carla to have her brother.
Can't we swap him for Peter and let Chris go instead? lol
Enough of this crucifixion of Peter. Yes he was a low-life pig who cheated on his wife etc etc. However, Tina was equally at fault. He did not cause her death...Rob did. She was an adult and made her own decisions. In fact, she did most of the pursuing in their affair. Everyone is acting like he raped her. They were equally disgusting and wrong.
