There's a good interview over on Digital Spy today with Katie McGlynn, who plays Coronation Street newcomer Sinead Tinker, or, er, Stinker, for short.
Sinead returns to Corrie tonight, Wednesday 22 May as Chesney tries to shed his Mr Nice image and uses Sinead to try to make Katy jealous. Will it all end in tears or will Sinead be the making of Ches?
Actor Katie McGlynn doesn't reveal too much in the way of storyline for Sinead and Chesney other than saying they will get close, but it's a good read as she talks about working on Coronation Street fresh from her role in Waterloo Road and what those first few days working on the cobbles have been like.
Katie is nominated for best newcomer in the TV Choice Awards 2013.

Glad to see Miss Tinker back but not more scenes with the ginger whinger pluuurese.
A girl like that wouldn't look at him twice.
GOOD! I was hoping we'd see Sinead again. Beginning to worry her appearance a few weeks ago was a one-off
I'm looking forward to seeing the Sinead character back but not with Chesney. She is way out of his league. He's not exactly the catch of the street under-employed, lives with his sister and has the personality of a doorknob.
She isn't that good looking. She looks like Sally Webster!
This story line must be satisfying some writer's ego because it is unrealistic as hell for the viewers. On what planet are these two young women chasing a guy like Chesney? Besides the sour constipated look that is forever on his face, he has a kid that he can't really support, a dead end job, and lives with his sister. What a freakin' catch! Why all the good lookin'dolls should be lining down the street for him! NOT, NOT EVER.
