Corrie's Jack P Shepherd to become a dad again

Jack P Shepherd, who plays David Platt on Coronation Street, has announced on twitter that he's going to be become a dad again. 

His tweet said: "Me and @LaurenShippey are pleased to announce we are expecting a baby, we are both very happy. X"

The couple have been together since they were 14 and already have a 4-year-old daughter.

Their relationship survived a crisis in 2010 after Shepherd allegedly fathered a baby son when he had a one-night stand with another woman.
