With thanks to Michelle Duffield on twitter @chellemel47 for the screen grabs, after lots of fans pointed out here on the Blog that there was a bit of discontinuity going on in last night's Corrie.
In the same episode on Friday 29 June, this was a shot of Sean on the sofa:
And here he is again, just seconds later in the bar of the Rovers with a new, shorter, hair do.
Corrie do continuity very well indeed. So when they get it wrong, it sticks out like a sore thumb.

I didn't even notice but I usually FFWD through all of Sean's bits..he annoys me no end.
Our household spotted it straight away! But it is really unusual for corrie so I'll let them off just this once. Sean should've worn a hat or something :)
I'm wondering if the scenes were re-shot to cover the absence of Gloria Price (Sue Johnston) who should have turned up about now but didn't because she's been ill and Corrie are having to cover the scenes she was supposed to be in?
The same thing happened with David a few weeks back. He'd had a haircut mid way through the episode and nobody noticed lol!
I read about this before I watched this episode, just finished watching it and I didn't even notice. I thought it was a particularly good episode with lots going on so I guess my attention was elsewhere.
I know Sean is OTT but I've known gay friends that are like that so it's plausible to me, no biggie. It was sad watching him and Marcus ending things, both of them still loving each other but wanting different things and knowing no matter how hard it was they needed to end it.
To be honest I was too busy laughing at Beth holding the rat to her ear & saying 'Hello'....too busy laughing at Eileen having a good old laugh herself, at Eva running around screaming, at Steve standing on the seat with a hearth broom in his hand....and hubby asking if I was alright as I was laughing so loud.
Overall I thought the episode was good value, a bit of something going on with everyone and nice to see Deirdre is still alive and kicking.
I was prepared to believe that he went and had a hair cut to take his mind off his problems - one of the benefits of having a salon at the end of the street :)
Haha, I noticed this! :D
And I agree that they could have justified the haircut by having him mention going to the salon or something.
I too noticed but I agree that it was probably reshot due to Sue Johnstons absence. I wonder how that story would have gone with her in it? - Micky
Completely agree with you Kim, have a friend just like Sean, I know he winds a lot of people up, but he's an iconic character in Corrie, and the break up was played well by both him and Marcus and have to add beautifully and honestly written.
More power to Jonathan Harvey, you got it spot on.
The scene in the Rovers took place BEFORE the one in Eileen's house - not the other way round. His hair had miraculously grown back!
I noticed this too & ever since I've been watching his hair to see if it changes. Marcus's hair was shorter too in the bar.
