With thanks to The Lesbian and Gay Foundation for letting us know about this.
Coronation Street writer Debbie Oates gave a special Q&A at a screenwriting workshop in Manchester today, Saturday 17 December.
The workshop offered budding writers the basics of writing a screenplay with screenwriters from Manchester College and Debbie Oates. Debbie has also worked on Primeval, Robin Hood and Fat Friends.
The workshop took place at The Lesbian & Gay Foundation’s Community Resource Centre, Number 5, Richmond St, Manchester.
If anyone attended and would like to write a short blog post about this, do please email in and let us know.
