Ah...the 'good old days' of pub sing-a-longs!
With The Rovers acquiring the former Coldplay piano, could we again see this kind of community spirit?
^ I really hope so. It would be fantastic to see once again. The last time they had a singalong (except Rita singing last year) was the Rovers' 100 birthday back in 2002, with Norris playing Ernie Bishop's old piano!
They wouldn't bring in something the size of a piano without meaning to use it in the show; we viewers could be in for a treat;here's hoping.
Having read my xmas Radio Times, I can confirm that there are plans to actually use the piano. It will involve Norris & Sylvia. Hopefully they won't be playing any Coldplay or I might just have to switch off.
