Do you fancy winning a visit to the set of Coronation Street in Weatherfield, er Manchester? Then if a starting bid price of £100 doesn't put you off, you might like to read on.
The Independent Newspaper have launched their Christmas charity appeal which supports three charities - Save the Children www.savethechildren.org.uk, The Children’s Society www.childrenssociety.org.uk and Rainbow Trust Children's Charity www.rainbowtrust.org.uk
Corrie fans will be interested in Lot 8 of the auction which is A Day on the Cobbles. A chance to visit the set of Coronation Street. You and three friends can have a guided tour behind the scenes inspecting the Weatherfield landmarks and the bar of the Rovers Return. We can’t promise you’ll sit down for a pint with the stars, but you might find yourself having a chat with Gail McIntyre herself, Helen Worth, a supporter of Save the Children.
If you'd like to bid to win the visit, all details are here.
