Well, it was a bad night for Corrie at the National Television Awards but at least the Coronation Street ladies looked gorgeous.

Silly rant but I do hate the way that celebraties pose in that stupid hand on hip, leg strutting out-way nowadays. They think it looks glamorous - it doesn't. Hollywood stars of the 30s and 40s knew how to look glamorous.
You'd think those looser Greek styles that most of the women seemed to be wearing would be more flattering but they look like rags and for the most part are pretty unflattering. The Manchester Evening News has another slide show and one of the few really smart and lovely looking actors was our Helen Worth in a little black number. And i notice that at least this time, Helen Flanagan wasn't wearing a pound of makeup and she looked very nice.
I agree Helen did look nice Tvor. I think the problem with some of the looser styles is that a lot of the women are stick thin and they just hang off them. Sorry - that's a typical middle aged woman remark! They need a good dinner, the lot of 'em!
I think they all looked really nice, loved sacha's dress, shame corrie didn't do better.
Mutton dressed as spam. If this is the chavs' idea of chic, they can keep it.
They are not even 20 are they? Hardly "mutton" dearie.
shame they didnt win anything especially after 50 years and the tram crash
