A spoiler in today's Sun says that Betty fears she's killed someone after they eat one of her famous hot pots. The "victim", 91, is Betty's rival for the title of Manchester's Oldest Barmaid. Betty turns 90 in the soap in February nex year.However, local Enid Crump (what a great name!) is furious because she is 91 and still works in The Parsons Arms boozer. She storms into the Rovers and creates merry hell. Steve offers her a sherry and a hotpot to calm her down but can only find one at the back of the fridge.
